Return Eligibility
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original condition with all original packaging, labels, and components included.
  • Return Authorization Required: A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before returning any item. Returns without an approved RAN will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
  • “For Parts Only” or “As-Is” items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Installed, modified, or damaged items due to improper installation or handling are not eligible for return.
  • Items missing essential components or original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email returns@a-zapplianceparts.com with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Include in the email:
    • Your full name
    • Order date
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable) showing any issues.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days and provide return instructions.
Shipping & Return Process
  • If A-Z Appliance Parts made an error (wrong item shipped or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the customer ordered the wrong item or no longer needs it, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • Returned items must include the issued RAN number on the package.
Refunds & Processing
  • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

A-Z Appliance Parts reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy guidelines or is deemed fraudulent.
